Shipping & Handling Policy

1. Order Fulfillment

We ship products worldwide through a network of international warehouses, including suppliers based overseas (primarily South Korea). As a result, delivery times may vary depending on product location, destination country, and logistics provider. We do not offer guaranteed or next-day delivery services.

2. Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully authorized, orders are submitted for verification, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Processing time typically takes 1–4 business days.
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to operational delays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Shipping time refers to the period during which an order is in transit after dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Domestic orders: 3–5 business days

International orders: 7–15 business days

These delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Compliance Note

EU & UK: In accordance with consumer protection laws, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

US & GCC: Delivery timelines are estimates; customers will be notified of material delays where required by applicable law.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges:

Are not included in the product price or shipping fee

Are assessed by local authorities

Are the sole responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures or refusal to pay applicable charges.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the carrier and destination and may be limited for certain international shipments.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

If an order is significantly delayed or fails to arrive within the maximum delivery period required by applicable consumer laws:

Customers may be entitled to a refund or resolution in accordance with local regulations

Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for:

Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays caused by recipient unavailability

Additional fees resulting from address corrections or re-delivery attempts

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country of residence, including rights relating to delivery, refunds, and cancellations.
