Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@memorree.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@memorree.com. We will review the issue and provide a resolution promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest process is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be exchanged, so please order carefully.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from delivery, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@memorree.com.

Full Refund Without Return (Sustainability Option)

To support sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of returns, we offer the option of a full refund without returning the item:

  • Submit a photo of the item to info@memorree.com.

  • Once approved, you may retain the item or choose to donate it.

Note: Certain items, including custom products, perishable goods, and personal care products, may not be eligible for a full refund without return.
